Diploma

Form 40SP:

This is the Sponsorship for a Partner to Migrate to Australia form. It is typically required when sponsoring a spouse or de facto partner. The sponsor must complete this form.

Form 956A:

This is the Appointment or Withdrawal of an Authorized Recipient form. It allows you to appoint a migration agent or representative to act on your behalf in your sponsorship application.

Identity Documents:

The sponsor will usually be required to provide proof of their identity, such as a certified copy of their passport or Australian citizenship certificate.

Financial Documents:

The sponsor may need to provide evidence of their financial capacity to support the visa applicant. This could include bank statements, pay slips, or a letter of employment.
